Position Summary
The General Manager is a full-time position, responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring smooth day-
to-day performance by managing staff, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.
As the GM, you will oversee both the convenience store and the Wingfingers quick-service restaurant. The GM is
accountable for financial performance, operational standards, food safety, staffing, training, and compliance
with company policies. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the team, delegate responsibilities
effectively, and coordinate with employees to maintain 24/7 store coverage.
The GM serves as the primary decision-maker and ensures both the retail and food service areas of the business operate profitably, safely,
and in line with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire new store employees as needed.
- Manage personnel issues and appraise job results. Recommend discipline, leading up to and including termination.
- Recommend promotions for any open opportunities
- Lead, train, and develop store employees to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Ensure product rotation and use by date checks are completed routinely to guarantee top quality products are always available.
- Control costs through waste reduction, inventory accuracy, labor management, and cash handling.
- Oversee employee scheduling to maintain proper coverage in a 24/7 environment through strategic scheduling, resource allocation, and daily task communication.
- In case of illnesses or emergencies, the GM is responsible for taking the necessary steps to cover the store, including working the shift if necessary.
- Ensure all daily tasks are carried out fully and on time to ensure completion.
- Monitor competitor activity, including fuel and product price changes, marketing promotions, employee wages, and product offerings.
- Must be available by phone at all times in case of emergencies, unless planned PTO has been scheduled and an adequate backup contact has been appointed.
- Responsible for the accuracy of all price changes and signage throughout the store.
- Ensure all administrative paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage inventory levels, vendor deliveries, product ordering and product merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local/state regulations.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
- Professionally interact with team members and customers.
- Create and maintain an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on teamwork and great customer service.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to develop team members to support career growth and hit performance targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Compensation and Benefits
- $65,000-$75,000 annually and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.

The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time position and a key leadership position that supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer service. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help oversee both the convenience store and the Wingfingers quick service restaurant. This role assists in supervising and developing staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and maintaining food safety and overall store standards. The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales, control costs, and implement company policies and procedures, while stepping into the General Manager’s responsibilities when they are absent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the hiring, training, and development of store employees to achieve performance goals.

The Team Lead ensures daily shifts stay on track by supervising and executing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. You will lead restaurant shifts, ensuring food safety, food quality, and recipe accuracy within designated service times. Team Leads will also act as the Manager on Duty when working a shift without the GM or ASM on site, making decisions and ensuring operations run smoothly and customers are taken care of during their visit.

- Replenish inventory to keep shelves full, fresh, and neat for customers at all times.
- Operate the front-end register, handle payments, assist with ID verification for age-restricted
- products.
- Complete daily housekeeping duties to ensure stores are always clean.
- Prepare ingredients in accordance with recipes and company standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Check that all food meets quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
